SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 The composition of the Executive Committee includes the following positions: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE COO (CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER) CFO (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER) CSCO (CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER) CTO (CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER) CCO (CHIEF CONTROLLING OFFICER) Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the organization. Management of financial planning, analysis and mitigation of financial risks. Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s supply chain. Leader of the company’s technological strategy, ensuring innovation and efficiency in technological processes. Supervises financial control activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The executive and non-executive leadership team consists of eleven members, of which 80% are men (8 men) and 20% are women (2 women). Their deep business knowledge and management experi- ence are key to making strategic decisions and ensuring the effective management of the company’s operations.
