Corporate Governance COINDU has implemented a clear and transparent compensation policy for members of the highest governance bodies and senior ex- ecutives. This policy includes both fixed and variable components, with the variable part being linked to an objective bonus system based on individual and company performance on key performance indicators with impact on different activities and that includes social, economic and environmental indicators. Stakeholders input, including shareholder feedback, is incorporated into discussions and decisions on compensation, ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations. Key Compensation Metrics of 2024 The 1,09% increase in the ratio between the compensation increase of the highest-paid individual and the median salary evolution reflects a relatively stable alignment. While the variation is modest, it indicates that remuneration practices remained consistent across different em- ployee levels, without disproportionate adjustments at the top.
