It includes actions such as vaccination, screening, awareness-raising, training and the use of individual and collective protection measures. c) Promotion of healthy work environments, providing conditions that favor the comfort and well-being of employees, encouraging healthy lifestyles and opportunities for personal and professional development. d) Enhanced attention to vulnerable groups, such as young peo- ple, seniors, people with disabilities, pregnant or postpartum women, and migrant workers, ensuring adequate inclusion and protection measures. e) Excellence in the provision of Occupational Health services, based on good practices, technical quality and focus on the in- tegrality of the worker. This intervention must be fully integrated into production processes and promote the active participation of employers and workers. COINDU maintains its commitment to the creation of safe, healthy and dignified working conditions, in line with the principles of sustainability and respect for human rights at work. WORKER PARTICIPATION, CONSULTATION, AND COMMUNICATION ON OHS Consultation and participation of employees in OHS matters will take place once a year, in writing according to the annual plan. This consultation will be conducted online and via paper surveys that are distributed through different points located in the units.
