Social Dimension Environment, Energy (in implementation), Health and Safety Manage- ment System (QEHSMS) process. This process is supported by several documented procedures such as: • Identification of hazards and assessment of risks • Risks and opportunities • Incident, non-compliance and corrective action OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES Occupational Health plays a central role in the prevention of occu- pational risks, as well as in the protection and promotion of workers’ health. Its objective is to ensure healthy work environments, reduc- ing exposure to risk factors and promoting high levels of comfort and physical, mental and social well-being. This field of intervention, due to its complexity and scope, requires a multidisciplinary approach that involves professionals specialized in various areas, such as Occupational Medicine, Occupational Safety, Nursing, Ergonomics, Psychology, among others. Thus, Occupational Health and Safety at Work are two complementary pillars of an inte- grated system that requires holistic action in the diagnosis, assessment and management of occupational risks, adapted to the specificity of each organizational context and each worker. At COINDU, the main objectives of our Occupational Health Service are the following: a) Prevention of occupational risks, through the identification, assessment and effective control of risk factors. This process aims to ensure safe working conditions, preferably intervening at the source of risks in order to reduce them to levels consid- ered acceptable. GRI 403-3 116
