SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 (APA) and the Northern Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR-N), due to COINDU’s helding Water Resources Use Permits for three wells and sources of atmospheric pollutant emissions that are subject to strict environmental requirements and are carefully managed by this entities. In parallel, an Environmental Due Diligence process was fast-tracked to ensure no environmental liabilities remained post-closure. This audit-like process involved thorough data collection and an on-site as- sessment. The final report confirmed COINDU’s compliance, with only a recommendation to remove an inactive gas tank—owned by a third party—which was promptly addressed by the responsible company. 67
