SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 EUDR | European Union Deforestation Regulation COINDU is committed to responsible business conduct, including compliance with the laws and regulations of each country in which we do business and require to its suppliers to stay informed of all new and applicable regulations and to implement the necessary measures in your company in a timely manner to be compliant. COINDU that its suppliers and sub-suppliers business against the EUDR requirements and my company and its suppliers’ and sub- suppliers’ are aware of the EUDR requirements and are ready for the implementation in all aspects. International Material Data System (IMDS) IMDS is a global platform used by the automotive industry to collect and manage information on material composition, enabling greater trans- parency in the supply chain, substance traceability, product lifecycle management support, and regulatory compliance that are applicable to COINDU such as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Sub- stances), ELV (End-of-Life Vehicles) Directive or REMR (Rare Earth Management Regulations). COINDU uses this system to obtain detailed data from our suppliers about the materials incorporated into the material supplied to our company and, at the same time, to communicate our products’ com- position clearly and responsibly to our customers. 53
