PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY IMPACTS DIRECTLY LINKED BY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS At COINDU, the safety and health of all individuals involved in our operations, including those employed by subcontracted companies, are fundamental pillars of our sustainability strategy and operational integrity. Recognizing that subcontracted workers are often involved in critical and high-risk activities within our facilities, COINDU has established a set of rigorous standards and requirements designed to uphold a safe working environment across all operations. These standards go beyond regulatory compliance and reflect our proactive commitment to occupational health and safety. All subcontracted companies must provide mandatory documentation prior to the commencement of any activity, including valid accident insurance and liability insurance coverage. In addition, subcontracted workers are required to undergo specific safety training, tailored to the nature of the work they will perform. This training addresses various key areas, including hazard identification, proper use of PPE, and procedures for operating safely in industrial environments. GRI 403-7 122
