Sustainability Vision and Strategy The promotion of the health, safety and well-being of our employees is a priority for the COINDU Group. By eliminating hazards and reduc- ing occupational risks, we prevent work-related accidents and health problems, while promoting motivation and productivity. All our units are certified according to the ISO 45001 standard. In the context of the Circular Economy, we are committed to valuing waste and preventing its landfill. COINDU’s units in Portugal have achieved the Advanced Commitment “Zero Waste to Landfill”, certify- ing efficient waste management and our commitment to avoid sending it to landfill. In terms of information security, we follow the highest standards re- quired by the automotive industry. TISAX/VDA-ISA certification proves the compliance of our systems with customer requirements, strength- ens information security and simplifies compliance assessments. All COINDU units in Portugal and Mexico are certified in this standard. In times of uncertainty, our management systems have played a crucial role in managing risk, ensuring the stability of operations and promot- ing a positive organisational culture based on continuous improvement and personal development. In 2024, COINDU launched its first Sustainability Report verified by an independent external entity, reinforcing its commitment to trans- parency, the credibility of the information reported and the alignment with international best practices. Our continuous effort to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and competitiveness is reflected in the portfolio of certifications we proudly maintain. 44
