SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 EMPLOYEES AND OTHER WORKERS 88% of Tetla unit employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements and the remaining 12% haves are determined with the protocolization of individual employment contracts. No employees in Portugal units are covered by collective bargaining agreements. Since the end of the collective agreement and the absence of a new deal, the national labor code has been applied. COINDU also hosts non-employees, such as medical and security staff, who work daily on-site under service provider contracts.
