SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 In this section of our Sustainability Report, we present some of the actions implemented, which aim to generate a lasting impact and promote people’s well-being: • Promotion of a healthy, safe and inclusive work environment for all employees; • Partnerships with educational institutions and local entities with a view to creating training opportunities and skills development; • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace; • Opening the company to the community, through programs of visits, internships and collaboration with universities and schools; • Continuous engagement with local stakeholders to listen and integrate their concerns and expectations into company decisions. Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in our Workplace At COINDU, we are deeply committed to promoting a work environ- ment where every employee feels valued, respected and supported, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any other factor of personal identity.
