Conclusion and Future Prospects ECONOMIC STRATEGIC INITIATIVE Coindu Production System (cps) In order to maintain competitiveness in a highly demanding global market, COINDU is following the new technological wave, developing an innovative digital concept for the cut-and-sew sector. In addition to flexible and efficient processes, technological standards already widely established, we now face the strategic challenge of creating unique and differentiating solutions, replacing artisanal processes with automation, digital management and artificial intelligence. The integration of Digital Process Engineering (Digital CPS) repre- sents a fundamental lever for a more efficient use of the company’s resources and the materials involved, promoting the reduction of waste and energy consumption, through initiatives such as: • Implementation of digital analysis and decision-making tools for production management (eKanban), which optimizes the use of resources (materials and equipment) • Improvement of the energy efficiency of cutting and sewing equip- ment, contributing to a more rational use of energy; FUTURE PLANS AND COMMITMENTS 11.
