SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 COINDU develops a set of initiatives not totally related with the topics described above but that are considered of high value by its interested parties, like, for example, employees. During 2024 there were some relevant initiatives and benefits that turned this year in a great year. COINDU reaffirms its annual commitment to social responsibility by supporting ACIP (Ave Cooperative Psychosocial Intervention) through on-site product sales, contributing to the organization’s efforts in as- sisting individuals with disabilities. OTHER INFORMATION As part of its commitment to social inclusion, COINDU supports the sale of handcrafted products created by ACIP beneficiaries, with all proceeds directed entirely to the association. As part of its social responsibility initiatives, COINDU supports the sale of the Pirilampo Mágico on its premises, with all proceeds entirely directed to the ACIP association. In line with our commitment to promoting employee well-being, COINDU offers complimentary access to psychological, osteopathic, medical, and nursing services to all staff. 135
