Furthermore, no fatalities were recorded during the reporting period, reinforcing the ef- fectiveness of the company’s preventive and safety measures across all operational units. No workers have been excluded from this disclosure, in 2023 and in 2024. COINDU has a couple of documented procedure for Incident, non- compliance and corrective action that allows to make and keep re- cords of all cases of ill health. These situations are also recorded and monitored within the scope of the occupational health consultations carried out between each employee and the company’s doctor. 130
