Social Dimension WORKERS COVERED BY AN OHSMS All people who work at COINDU’s facilities – including internal em- ployees and external workers ( service providers ) – in the company’s 3 plants are covered by the OHSMS, implemented and certified in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard. All units have been subject to independent internal and external audits, ensuring compli- ance and continuous improvement of the system. COINDU is committed to ensuring 100% coverage of the workers in its facilities by the OHSMS, regardless of the contractual relationship, in line with the best practices for prevention and promotion of health and safety in the workplace.
