Social Dimension OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) COINDU has an Integrated Management System that meets the re- quirements of the following reference standards: IATF 16949 – Qual- ity Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 – OHS Management System, ISO 50001 – Energy Management System (under implementation) and VDA-ISA (TISAX) – Information Security Management System. This integrated system is supported by Management Programs, based on a structure of principles, processes and procedures adopted by COINDU with the objective of ensuring high standards of quality, environment, energy and health and safety at work, adjusted to the services provided, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and strict compliance with applicable legislation and regulations. The Management System was designed based on a management model by integrated processes, which promotes the creation of value through the interconnection between processes. It is based on two fundamental vectors: the structure and documentation of the manage- ment system, which are subject to continuous monitoring, through audits and systematic reviews of the system.
