SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 OTHER INFORMATION COINDU develops initiatives that raise awareness among employees about adopting good practices with a positive impact on the environment. In 2024, in Portugal and Mexico it was celebrated World Energy Day, Water Day, Sustainability Day or Earth Day with different initiatives marking these commemorative dates. In celebration of Tree Day, an awareness campaign was carried out to engage employees on the critical role of biodiversity conservation and environmental responsibility. COINDU conducted an awareness campaign to commemorate World Energy Day, reinforcing its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable practices. To mark National Sustainability Day, COINDU promoted an awareness action explaining the basics of ESG and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting their relevance to the company’s sustainability efforts. 109
