Corporate Governance Governance structure and responsibilities related to sustainability COINDU Executive Board is the highest level of executive management with the responsibilities of making strategic decisions and defining the general direction of COINDU, ensuring that a company’s operations and activities are sustainable. COINDU Executive Board is responsible for setting the overall sus- tainability policy, strategy and goals for the organization and ensuring that these goals are integrated into the company’s operations and decision-making processes, including: • Setting long-term sustainability goals and targets that align with international sustainability standards, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). • Setting group’s mission, values, and guiding principles. • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote sustainable practices throughout the organization, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing. • Incorporating sustainability considerations into decision-making processes, such as investment decisions, risk management, and supply chain management. • Communicating the company’s sustainability performance and goals to stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, and customers. 6.
