Access Guidelines

Information

  • Follow and be guided by signposts
  • Do not cross into the plant area without being accompanied by COINDU staff
  • Follow the instructions given by the security team
  • Wear the jacket/coat given to you at reception during your stay on COINDU
  • Leave the vest/coat into the designated containers at the reception area

In case of FIRE:

  • Stay calm
  • Follow the instructions of the COINDU staff
  • Go to the nearest safe meeting point

In case of security information event or incident:

  • Call to permanent point of contact

In the event of an ACCIDENT/MALAISE

  • Call/ ask for the HSE officer
  • Don't touch the victim until the first-aider arrives
  • Remember that the national emergency number call is made by COINDU staff

Meaning of Signs

While staying at COINDU, be aware of the following type of signs

While staying at COINDU, please abide the mandatory procedures and signs

IDENTIFICATION BADGE

It is mandatory to wear the badge with identification while staying at COINDU

WEAR JACKET / COAT

It is mandatory to wear the jacket/coat

while staying on COINDU

CIRCULATE ON ROUTES

It is mandatory to circulate on the routes marked out for pedestrians

USE SAFETY SHOES

It is mandatory to wear Safety Shoes in the defined areas

HEARING PROTECTION

It is mandatory to wear Hearing Protectors in the defined areas

Prohibition

While staying at COINDU, be aware of forbidden procedures and signs

It is forbidden to smoke outside the areas created and signposted for this purpose
It is forbidden to eat and/or drink outside the dining areas
No sound and/or image capture
It is forbidden to drive faster than 30km/h
No unauthorised people allowed through
No headphones or earphones
